At Buylume.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.
1-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-Day Replacement Policy, which means you have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a replacement for an eligible order.
Important Points
- No returns or replacements will be accepted for size issues, personal preferences, change of mind, or subjective quality expectations.
- Product dimensions, specifications, and details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
- All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Eligible Cases for Replacement
A replacement request may be approved only in the following situations:
- Wrong item received (must be verified through unboxing video).
- Damaged product received (must be verified through unboxing video).
- Defective product received (must be verified through unboxing video).
Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not covered under our replacement policy:
- Products damaged, altered, or washed by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging, box, inserts, accessories, or tags.
- Products not in their original condition.
- Health, hygiene, or personal care products.
- Requests made after the 1-day replacement window.
- Size issues or personal preferences.
Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned with all original packaging and inserts.
- Be accompanied by a valid unboxing video.
- Be reported within 1 day of delivery.
Based on the photos, videos, and supporting information provided by the customer, our quality team will determine whether a replacement is warranted. The decision of Buylume.store shall be final.
Return Charges
In cases where a return is approved for size-related concerns at our discretion, a flat return processing fee of ₹120 may be deducted.
Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept delivery, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be issued to the customer's UPI ID or bank account.
Buylume.store shall not be responsible if a customer pays an incorrect amount to a courier partner without verifying the payable COD amount shown on the package.
Damaged Product Claims
अगर आपका प्रोडक्ट कहीं से खराब है या डैमेज है, तो आप प्रोडक्ट की फोटो, बिल की फोटो और ओपनिंग वीडियो उसी ईमेल आईडी पर भेज सकते हैं जिससे आपको ऑर्डर कन्फर्मेशन प्राप्त हुआ था। डिलीवरी की तारीख से केवल 1 दिन के भीतर ही दावा स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
नोट: बिना ओपनिंग वीडियो और इनवॉइस के किसी भी शिकायत पर कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी।
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send:
- Product photographs
- Invoice photograph
- Complete unboxing video
Requests submitted after the 1-day reporting period will not be eligible for replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Excessive delivery delays extending multiple weeks.
- Repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged products.
- Orders deemed eligible for refund by our support team.
Approved refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us with your Order Number and registered Phone Number.
- Attach photos, videos, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, a reverse pickup request may be arranged.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched.
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers may be required to ship the product to our return facility. The replacement process will begin after successful inspection of the returned item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 1 day if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is damaged.
- The item is defective.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
